Patient Services Responsive Website

Role: UX/UI Designer

For those living with a genetic disease the treatment process offers unique challenges to both patients and caregivers. Its an emerging field and many do not fully understand the pathway to treatment. Spark Generation Patient Services Program was designed help patients, caregivers, and HCPs (healthcare practitioners) navigate and understand the genetic treatment process.

To help map out expectations, Spark Generation Patient Services Program needed a website that outlined:

  • Who they where
  • How they helped during the treatment journey
  • What services they provided
  • How they worked with referring physicians
  • How they helped patients
  • General information on how to get started

Personas:

Before beginning the design process it was important to define who we where designing for. We knew that the end goal was to help patients with gene mediated disease. To further define our audience goals and understand their needs we created two personas. One for patients or caregivers and one for referring physicians.
